Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey breast (99% lean)
  • 2 medium zucchini, diced
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 tsp flaxseed oil
  • 1/2 tsp calcium carbonate

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Cook ground turkey breast in a non-stick skillet over medium heat with no added oil. Break into small pieces and cook until done.
  2. Add diced zucchini and 2 tbsp water. Cover and steam for 5 minutes until tender.
  3. Mix in cooked white rice. Stir well and heat through.
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in flaxseed oil, calcium carbonate, and vitamin E.
  5. Cool completely. Portion into small, frequent meals. Refrigerate up to 4 days.
