Ingredients
- 1 lb ground rabbit meat
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped kale
- 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
- 1/2 tsp calcium carbonate
- 200 IU vitamin E
- 25 mg zinc picolinate
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Cook ground rabbit in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- Add 2 cups water and bring to a simmer. Stir in rolled oats and cook for 10 minutes until tender.
- Add chopped kale and cook for 3 more minutes until wilted.
- Remove from heat. Stir in flaxseed oil, calcium carbonate, vitamin E, and zinc.
- Cool completely. Portion and refrigerate up to 5 days or freeze up to 3 months.

Per daily serving: 1/2 tsp calcium carbonate, 200 IU vitamin E, 25 mg zinc picolinate. Rabbit is very lean, so ensure adequate essential fatty acid intake. Add 500 mg fish oil 3 times per week for omega-3 balance.
