Nutritional Analysis

Approximately 380 kcal per cup. Protein ~30% DM, Fat ~12% DM, Carbohydrates ~32% DM, Fiber ~7% DM. Pumpkin provides soluble fiber for senior digestive health. Added glucosamine supports joint health. Lower phosphorus supports kidney function in older dogs.

🧊 Safety & Storage

Refrigerate up to 5 days or freeze up to 3 months. Thaw in refrigerator. Senior dogs may prefer food slightly warmed to enhance aroma. Monitor your senior dog's weight and adjust portions as metabolism slows with age.

⚠️ Recipe Drift Warning

This senior formula is specifically balanced for older dogs with joint concerns. Reducing or omitting glucosamine and fish oil significantly reduces the joint support benefits. Quinoa provides complete protein — replacing with cheaper grains reduces protein quality.
