Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Brown ground duck in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking into small pieces.
  2. Add butternut squash and water, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until squash is tender.
  3. Stir in green beans and cook 5 more minutes until soft.
  4. Remove from heat, cool completely, then mix in coconut oil.
