Ingredients

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add ground duck and cook for 12-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Drain fat and let cool.
- Cook sweet potato in separate pot until very soft, about 20 minutes. Mash thoroughly and allow to cool.
- Steam green beans until tender, approximately 8 minutes, then chop into small pieces.
- Hard boil eggs for 10 minutes, peel, and chop finely.
- Cook duck liver in boiling water for 8 minutes until firm throughout. Mince into small pieces.
- Prepare eggshell powder: wash and dry shells, bake at 250°F for 10 minutes, then grind to fine powder in spice grinder.
- In large mixing bowl, combine cooled duck, rice, sweet potato, green beans, eggs, and liver.
- Add safflower oil and mix thoroughly to distribute evenly.
- Add iodized salt, zinc methionine, and bone meal powder. Mix well.
- Crush vitamin B-complex tablet and mix with vitamin E and vitamin D3. Fold into food mixture.
- Add fish oil last and stir until evenly incorporated.
