This recipe provides a high-protein, moderate-fat diet suitable for adult cats with a focus on skin and coat health. The chicken liver delivers essential B vitamins and iron, while salmon oil supplies omega-3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA) for anti-inflammatory benefits and coat shine. Eggs contribute biotin and complete amino acids. The calcium-phosphorus ratio is slightly below ideal at 1.1:1; consult your veterinarian about adding a calcium supplement such as ground eggshell (0.5 tsp per batch) if feeding this recipe long-term. This recipe is designed as a base and should be rotated with other protein sources to ensure complete nutrition.

🧊 Safety & Storage

Refrigerate in airtight containers for up to 3 days. Freeze individual portions for up to 3 months. Always thaw in the refrigerator, never at room temperature. Discard any food left out for more than 2 hours. Wash all surfaces and utensils thoroughly after preparation.

⚠️ Recipe Drift Warning

Do not substitute chicken liver with other organ meats without adjusting quantities, as liver is extremely high in vitamin A which can be toxic in excess. Avoid replacing salmon oil with plant-based oils as cats require animal-source omega-3 fatty acids. Do not add onions, garlic, grapes, or any seasoning as these are toxic to cats.
