Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef stew meat, cubed
- 1 lb chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 lb sardines, canned in water (drained)
- 2 large sweet potatoes, cubed
- 2 cups chopped green beans
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 2 tbsp ground turmeric

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Heat coconut oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat
- Brown beef and chicken pieces until golden on all sides, about 8 minutes
- Add sweet potatoes, carrots, and green beans, stirring to combine
- Pour in chicken broth and water, then add turmeric
