Ingredients
- 1/2 lb chicken thighs, skin removed
- 1/2 lb cod fillet
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp cod liver oil
- 1/4 tsp taurine powder
- 1/4 tsp calcium carbonate
- 100 IU vitamin E
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Place chicken thighs and cod in a pot with water. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes until both are cooked through.
- Reserve 2 tbsp cooking liquid. Let cool slightly.
- Remove any bones from cod and chicken. Place in a food processor with reserved liquid.
- Blend until smooth. Add cod liver oil, taurine, calcium carbonate, and vitamin E. Blend again.
