  • 1 lb lean ground beef

  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 500 mg fish oil

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a pot over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add pumpkin and 1/4 cup water. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Mix in cooked quinoa and heat through.
  4. Remove from heat. Add coconut oil, calcium carbonate, vitamin E, zinc, and fish oil.
