Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 1 large sweet potato, diced
- 1 large egg

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Cook ground turkey in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Boil or steam sweet potato for 15 minutes until soft. Mash well.
- Hard boil the egg, then chop finely (include the shell for calcium, finely ground).
- Combine turkey, mashed sweet potato, and chopped egg.
- Add coconut oil, calcium carbonate, vitamin E, and DHA fish oil. Mix thoroughly.
