Ingredients
- 85g canned tuna in water (drained)
- 50g canned sardines in water (drained)
- 30g chicken liver (raw weight)
- 15g steamed pumpkin (mashed)
- 10g sunflower oil
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Cook chicken liver in a small pot of simmering water for 10 minutes until no longer pink inside; drain and chop finely.
- In a bowl, combine drained tuna, sardines, and cooked liver; mash with a fork until a smooth pate forms.
- Fold in mashed pumpkin and sunflower oil until evenly distributed.
- Divide into 2 portions and serve one immediately; refrigerate the second portion.
