Ingredients
- 150g canned tuna in water (drained)
- 100g canned sardines in water (drained)
- 50g raw chicken liver
- 30g steamed pumpkin (mashed)
- 15g steamed zucchini (finely chopped)
- 1 whole egg (lightly scrambled, cooked)
- 5g salmon oil
- 50ml low-sodium bone broth
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Steam the chicken liver for 6–8 minutes until fully cooked and no longer pink inside. Let it cool.
- Steam the pumpkin and zucchini until soft, then mash or puree. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna and sardines, breaking them into small pieces.
- Dice the cooled chicken liver finely and add to the fish mixture.
- Add the mashed pumpkin, zucchini, scrambled egg, and bone broth. Mix thoroughly.
- Stir in the salmon oil until evenly distributed.
- Blend or process to a smooth pate consistency if desired, or leave slightly chunky.
- Portion into meal-sized servings and refrigerate or freeze.
