Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Cook brown rice according to package directions, using low-sodium chicken broth instead of water for added flavor
  2. Steam or boil green beans and carrots until tender, then mash lightly
  3. Brown ground chicken in a large pot over medium heat, breaking into small pieces
  4. Add chopped chicken liver to the pot and cook for 3-4 minutes until cooked through
  5. Stir in cooked rice, steamed vegetables, and drained sardines
  6. Remove from heat and let cool to lukewarm temperature
  7. Fold in olive oil, yogurt, spinach, and blueberries
