Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground lamb
- 1 cup pearl barley
- 1 medium zucchini, diced

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Brown ground lamb in a large pot over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add barley and 3 cups water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Add diced zucchini and cook for 10 more minutes until barley is tender and zucchini is soft.
