🧊 Safety & Storage
Refrigerate portions for up to 3 days; freeze in airtight containers for up to 3 months. Thaw frozen portions in the refrigerator overnight. Always serve at room temperature or slightly warm. Wash hands and all utensils thoroughly after handling raw meat. Discard any uneaten food left out for more than 2 hours.
⚠️ Recipe Drift Warning
Do NOT substitute taurine with any other amino acid — taurine deficiency causes blindness and heart failure in cats. Never replace calcium carbonate with bone meal without recalculating phosphorus ratios. Avoid onions, garlic, grapes, chocolate, and xylitol — all are toxic to cats. Do not use dog vitamin supplements as they lack adequate taurine.
