Ingredients

Step-by-Step Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until no pink remains, breaking into small pieces.
- Drain excess fat and return beef to pot.
- Add carrots, green beans, and celery. Sauté for 5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.
